Job description:


·         The Pharmaceutical Sales Co-Coordinator will be required to forge relationships with current and prospective clients, using these connections as opportunities to drive sales and promote well-being.

·         They should also perform on going competitor analyses to ensure that to remain a leading provider in the field.

Job function:

·         Studying each of our drugs to ensure expert knowledge thereof.

·         Communicating with extant and budding clients to maintain these working relationships.

·         Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team.

·         Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.

·         Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale.

·         Maintain sales and growth, provide sales and services.

·         Provide product information and deliver product samples

·         Attend sales meetings , conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits.

·         Work with sales team and Coordinating with clients to increase sales.

·         Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

·         Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.

·         Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and time lines.

·         Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

·         Identify shortcomings and propose improvements.

·         Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

·         Good communication skill and convenience power in Hindi and English. Basic knowledge of computer and MS office.

·         Should have Pharmaceutical sales experience
